Beth A. Booram
Beth A. Booram is the cofounder and director of Fall Creek Abbey, an urban retreat center in Indianapolis, where she and her husband David lead The School of Spiritual Direction and offer individual and group spiritual direction. She is the coauthor of Awaken Your Senses and the author of several books including Starting Something New, Picturing the Face of Jesus, and The Wide Open Spaces of God.
Beth is a deep feeler who loves to think, an extrovert with a penchant for solitude, and an artist who sees the hand of God in even the smallest encounters with creation. She speaks around the country on topics related to spiritual formation and Christian leadership and has been involved for more than thirty years in a variety of ministry roles on the college campus and within the local church.

Beth Seversen
Beth Seversen (PhD, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) is associate professor of Christian ministries and director of the Center for Christian Ministries and Practical Theology at North Park University in Chicago. Previously the director of evangelism for the Evangelical Covenant Church, she also has served as associate pastor at churches near Kansas City and Milwaukee. She is vice-chair of the Academy for Evangelism in Theological Education.

Tara M. Owens (MTS, Tyndale Seminary) is a Certified Spiritual Director and the senior editor for Conversations Journal, a forum for authentic spiritual transformation. Owens also provides spiritual direction through her ministry Anam Cara and is a part-time instructor for the Benedictine Spiritual Formation Program at Benet Hill Monastery, both based in Colorado Springs.

Beth M. Stovell (PhD, McMaster Divinity College) is associate professor of Old Testament at Ambrose Seminary of Ambrose University, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has authored Mapping Metaphorical Discourse in the Fourth Gospel: John's Eternal King and co-edited Biblical Hermeneutics: Five Views with Dr. Stanley E. Porter. Beth has also contributed chapters in edited volumes such as Holy Spirit: Unfinished Agenda, Devotions on the Hebrew Bible, and Global Perspectives on the Bible.

Beth Allen Slevcove
Beth Allen Slevcove is a spiritual director, retreat leader, writer, surfer, and mother in San Diego, California. She served as the director of spiritual formation for Youth Specialties for seven years and holds advanced degrees in theology and education. She also co-led a spiritual direction training program through Christian Formation and Direction Ministries (CFDM) and recently co-led the San Diego Spiritual Directors Association. Beth is deeply rooted in her urban Lutheran congregation and is an oblate at a Benedictine monastery. She created and runs the Surf Monkey Fellowship, a Southern California surf company and online community. She lives in San Diego with her husband and two young children.

She is the author of The Marks of His Wounds: Gender Politics and Bodily Resurrection and Practicing Christian Doctrine: An Introduction to Thinking and Living Theologically. Jones is a columnist for the Christian Century and has written articles for publications such as Duke Divinity School's Faith and Leadership and Christianity Today's Her.meneutics blog. She lives in Wheaton, Illinois, with her husband, Brian (a United Methodist pastor), and their four children.
