InterVarsity Press is a division of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. For this reason, information may be shared between the two entities for marketing purposes.

Right to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving future emails from InterVarsity Press and affiliate sites at any time. To do so, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email you receive.

THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS 

You may be able to access the site or log into your personal account using a third-party app (such as Facebook) and/or a third-party we may use to help us monitor and analyze your use of the site. When you allow access through such an application, we may receive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) such as your Name, Age, Email Address, Phone Number, Address, Bank Account Information, Credit Card Information or other Payment Information. IVP has appropriate safeguards to help protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of any information you may provide via our websites. Please note that no security system is impenetrable. As effective as these measures are, we cannot guarantee the security of our database nor that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not direct the Site to, nor do we knowingly collect or maintain any Personal Information from, children under the age of thirteen. If we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of thirteen and you are the child's parent or legal guardian, please email us at [email protected] to request that we remove such Personal Information. In addition, if we determine information has been collected for a child under the age of thirteen, we will proactively remove the collected information.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may request and obtain information about the information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. Changes to the Privacy Policy are effective immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy regularly.
