Tracey Gee is a leadership coach who designs training experiences and provides coaching for a wide range of leaders from college students to national directors, board members, and executive teams. Her development certifications include Gallup StrengthsFinder, Cultural Intelligence, and the Enneagram.

She currently serves as a fellow for Fuller Seminary's Center for Missional and Spiritual Formation, and is a member of the coaching faculty of Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP). Tracey has over twenty years of ministry experience as an area director with InterVarsity, and is the coeditor of More Than Serving Tea: Asian-American Women on Expectations, Relationships, Leadership, and Faith.
