Dr.Teri McCarthy (Ph.D., Education, University of Kansas) is English Department Chair at Lithuania International University in Klaipeda, Lithuania. She has taught at the university level long-term in China and Russia and short-term in Holland, Nigeria, and Afghanistan. Her travel and teaching experiences have taken her to nearly fifty nations. McCarthy has written numerous articles and papers and has been a national speaker for the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course offered by the US Center for World Mission. She is also a sought-after speaker and workshop leader at missions conferences, churches, and on college campuses.
