Mila Palozzi is the Pastor for Community Life at Hopera Church in Rome, Italy, since 2018. She lived in the United States for three years during her theological studies, and then in Madrid, where she ministered to immigrants. She is currently leading a church planting project in her home city, one hour south of Rome, where she was born and grew up.

Richella Parham is a writer, speaker, and the author of A Spiritual Formation Primer. She serves as vice-chair on the board of directors at Renovaré, and she is also the worship coordinator at The Gathering Church and a member of the Redbud Writers Guild. Richella lives in Durham, North Carolina, with her husband, Jack.

Jenell Williams Paris (Ph.D., American University) is professor of anthropology at Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania. She has written for such publications as Christianity Today, Books Culture and Christian Scholar's Review. Her books include Birth Control for Christians, Urban Disciples and Introducing Cultural Anthropology: A Christian Perspective.

Taylor Patterson is a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She has presented at local and national conferences and is published in peer-reviewed journals. She is currently a PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Barbara L. Peacock (DMin, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary) is a spiritual director, author, teacher, and preacher. She is the founder of Barbara L. Peacock Ministries, a ministry committed to developing disciples through prayer, spiritual direction, soul care, mentoring, and teaching.

Lucy Peppiatt (PhD, Otago) is president of Westminster Theological Centre. She is the author of Rediscovering Scripture's Vision for Women and Women and Worship at Corinth. Peppiatt holds the post of honorary lecturer at the University of St Andrews and is a regular speaker at church events nationally and internationally and a contributor to BibleProject podcasts.

Mitali Perkins (mitaliperkins.com) has written many books for young readers, including You Bring the Distant Near (nominated for a National Book Award) and Rickshaw Girl (adapted into a film), all of which explore crossing different kinds of borders. Her goal is to make readers laugh or cry, preferably both, as long as their hearts are widening. She lives and writes in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Krista Pettiford is an author, speaker, and Bible teacher who helps women embrace change with grace and thrive in every season. Having walked through midlife transitions, Krista weaves biblical truth with personal testimony to remind women that God is still writing their story. She is the founder of the Called Conference, calling women to the Father’s heart, and the creator of the Seasons Journal and Seasons Quiz, resources designed to help women capture the beauty, blessings, purpose, and lessons of each season. Krista lives in Southern California and is the mother of four adult children.

Susan S. Phillips (PhD, University of California, Berkeley) is executive director and professor of sociology and Christianity at New College Berkeley, where she previously served as academic dean. She is a sociologist and trained spiritual director who also serves as supervisor for spiritual directors and consultant for Christian organizations. Drawing insight from the diverse fields of the social sciences, biblical spirituality and practical theology, Phillips has authored books such as theaward-winning The Crisis of Care: Affirming and Restoring Caring Practices in the Helping Professions and Candlelight: Illuminating the Art of Spiritual Direction. In addition to lecturing internationally and leading retreats for churches and organizations, Phillips also teaches at Regent College (Canada), Fuller Theological Seminary and the Diploma in the Art of Spiritual Direction program at San Francisco Theological Seminary. She sits on the editorial boards of Radix and Presence magazines and the journal Reflective Practice. Along with her husband Steve, she has two sons and worships at First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley, where she has served as an elder.

Rebecca Manley Pippert is an internationally known author and speaker who inspires and equips Christians for personal evangelism at conferences and training events around the world.
