Jeremy Begbie
Jeremy Begbie (PhD, University of Aberdeen) is Thomas A. Langford Distinguished Research Professor of Theology at Duke Divinity School, where he serves as the director of Duke Initiatives in Theology and the Arts (DITA). He is also a Senior Memberof Wolfson College, Cambridge. He is author of a number of books, including Music, Modernity, and God; A Peculiar Orthodoxy; Redeeming Transcendence in the Arts; Resounding Truth: Christian Wisdom in the World of Music; Theology, Music and Time; Voicing Creation's Praise: Towards a Theology of the Arts. He is also a professionally trained musician and an ordained minister of the Church of England.

T. Desmond Alexander (PhD, The Queen's University of Belfast) is senior lecturer in biblical studies and director of postgraduate studies at Union Theological College in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Dr. Mark Glanville works as the Director of the Centre for Missional Leadership at St. Andrews Hall, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He is an Old Testament scholar, and has written five books, including Improvising Church: Scripture as the Source of Harmony, Rhythm, and Soul, and Preaching in a New Key: Crafting Expository Sermons in Post-Christian Communities. Mark’s vocational goal is to research, teach, write, speak, and play music to nourish Christianleaders to creatively reimagine what the church can be and do in post-Christian societies, with the Bible in our hands. Timothy R. Gaines (PhD, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary) is associate professor of religion at Trevecca Nazarene University, where he teaches theology and ethics and directs a graduate program in theology and biblical studies. He has authored and coauthored several books, including Christian Ethics, Following Jesus: Prophet, Priest, King, Kings and Presidents: Politics and the Kingdom of God, and A Seat at the Table: A Generation Reimagining Its Place in the Church.He also serves as a pastor at Trevecca Community Church and has co-hosted the Sermon Studio podcast. He lives in Nashville with his wife and children, where he enjoys running, aviation, and photography.
