Rich Nathan
Rich Nathan is senior pastor of Vineyard Columbus. Prior to pastoring, Rich taught business law at The Ohio State University. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his Juris Doctorate with honors fromThe Ohio State University College of Law in 1980. Rich has served on the Vineyard?s national board for nearly two decades and is currently serving as the Large Church Task Force leader for the Vineyard. He is a popular national and international conference speaker. Rich wrote Who is My Enemy? Welcoming People the Church Rejects (Zondervan, 2002) and coauthored Empowered Evangelicals (Ampelon, 2009) with Ken Wilson. He has written numerous articles in publications such as Leadership. Rich was born and raised in New York City. He and his wife, Marlene, have been married for over 35 years. They have two children and six grandchildren.

Len Kageler
Len Kageler, Ph.D, is professor of youth and family studies and associate dean of faculty development at Nyack College in New York. He has authored a dozen books, including The Youth Ministry Survival Guide (Zondervan, 2008) and The Volunteer's Field Guide to Youth Ministry (Group, 2011). He speaks and teaches widely in North America and the European Union. He and his wife Janet live just outside of NYC, and love camping and hiking. Len is a serious runner and has an excellent reputation for making superb omelets on winter backpacking trips, even at 20 degrees while camping on snow. He does not always achieve his reading goal (3 books a month) but the books are duly noted in his reading journal and at the end of the year he heads for Starbucks and enjoys a (cerebral) Book of the Year ceremony in which the top three books are declared.

Adam Taylor
Formerly the political director of Sojourners, Adam Taylor has widespread experience in issues of global need and human rights, from working on urban housing in New York and AIDS issues in Zambia, to organizing events for the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, and mobilizing young people and professionals through his organization Global Justice. He recently completed a yearlong fellowship at the White House.

Thomas Jay Oord
Thomas Jay Oord (PhD, Claremont Graduate University) is professor of theology and philosophy at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. He serves as adviser or on the councils of several scholarly groups, including the Open and RelationalTheologies group (AAR), Biologos, Institute for Research on Unlimited Love, Research Theological Fellowship, Wesleyan Theological Society and the Wesleyan Philosophical Society. Oord has written or edited more than twenty books, including Defining Love: A Philosophical, Scientific, and Theological Engagement, The Nature of Love: A Theology and Theologies of Creation: Creatio Ex Nihilo and Its New Rivals. He is known for his contributions to research on love, open andrelational theologies, postmodernism, issues in religion and science, and Wesleyan, holiness and evangelical theologies. Oord serves as an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene and in various consulting and administrative roles for academicinstitutions, scholarly projects and research teams. He and his wife Cheryl have three daughters.

Kenneth Keathley serves as director of the L. Russ Bush Center for Faith and Culture and as a professor of theology at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He has published several books, including 40 Questions on Creation (with Mark Rooker).

He is an ordained Southern Baptist minister and the author of A Spreading and Abiding Hope, editor of a volume of essays by A. J. Conyers, and assistant editor for Ethics and Medicine.
