Raymond Brown, formerly principal of Spurgeon's College in London, was a pastor for many years. He is the author of Philosophy of Religion, Why Believe?, and several volumes in IVP's Bible Speaks Today series.
David Jackman is a visiting lecturer at Oak Hill Theological College in London and was the first director of the Cornhill Training Course. A respected Bible teacher in Britain, he is also the author of Understanding the Church.
Eric Ortlund (PhD, Edinburgh University) is lecturer in Old Testament studies and biblical Hebrew at Oak Hill College, London. He is the author of commentaries on Esther and Malachi in the forthcoming ESV Bible Expositional Commentary series.
David J. Atkinson is honorary assistant bishop in the Diocese of Southwark and formerly Suffragan Bishop of Thetford in the Diocese of Norwich. He is also the author of the volumes on Genesis 1–11, Ruth, and Job in the Bible Speaks Today series.
Renich Fraser (Ph.D., Vanderbilt University) is professor of systematic theology at Palmer Theological Seminary (formerly Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is coauthor (with Louis A. Kilgore) of Making Friends with the Bible.
Hazel Offner has for many years worked with students in the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship chapter at the University of Illinois. She has also helped to lead and promote hundreds of Bible study groups in the Champaign-Urbana area.
Tom Gledhill (1942–2020) served as a member of the teaching staff at Union School of Theology in South Wales. His articles and book reviews have appeared in Themelios, Foundations, and Bible Translators Magazine.
Michael Wilcock was director of pastoral studies at Trinity College, Bristol, and then minister of St. Nicholas Church, Durham. He has also written the volumes on Judges, 1 and 2 Chronicles, Luke, and Revelation in the Bible Speaks Today series.
