Fil Anderson
Fil Anderson is a spiritual director, conference speaker, writer and retreat leader trained through the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. He is the founder of Journey Resources and author of Running on Empty: Contemplative Spiritualityfor Overachievers (WaterBrook). He also contributed to Transformation of a Man's Heart: Reflections on the Masculine Journey (IVP). Educated at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington and Fuller Theological Seminary, Fil servedon the staff of Young Life for twenty-five years. Fil and his wife live in Greensboro. Stephen A. Macchia (DMin, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary) is founder and president of Leadership Transformations, Inc., a ministry which focuses on the spiritual formation needs of leaders and the spiritual discernment processes of leadershipteams in local church and parachurch ministry settings nationwide. He is also the director of the Pierce Center for Disciple-Building at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and previously served for fourteen years as president of Vision New England.Macchia is the author of ten books, including Becoming a Healthy Church and Crafting a Rule of Life.

Steven L. Porter
Steven L. Porter (PhD, University of Southern California) is professor of theology and philosophy at Talbot School of Theology and at Rosemead School of Psychology (Biola University). His areas of interest include spiritual formation, theologicalmethodology, and philosophical theology. He is also scholar in residence at Biola's Center for Christian Thought. Porter is the author of Restoring the Foundations of Epistemic Justification and serves as the managing editor of the Journal of Spiritual Formation and Soul Care. He has contributed articles to the Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society, Faith and Philosophy, Philosophia Christi, Journal for Psychology and Theology, and Journal of Psychology and Christianity.

Doug Calhoun
Doug Calhoun and his wife Adele have served on the pastoral staff of four churches and are currently copastors of spiritual formation at Highrock Covenant Church in Arlington, Massachusetts. As certified Enneagram instructors, they enjoy resourcing spiritual leaders and pastors through spiritual direction and teaching the Enneagram. Doug is adjunct faculty at the Transforming Center and at Potter’s Inn Soul Care Institute, and he is board chair of Del Camino Connection.

Chris Webb is a Benedictine Anglican priest, author, and speaker. He helps run Launde Abbey retreat house and serves as spirituality adviser to the Diocese of Leicester. Previously Chris served as president of Renovaré USA. He has ministered in awide variety of churches in Wales and the UK, and in a church for the homeless. He is author of The Fire of the Word. Chris lives in Leicestershire, England, with his wife and four children.
