Michael E. Cafferky (DBA, Anderson University) is the Ruth McKee Chair for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics at Southern Adventist University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management, business strategy, entrepreneurship, organizational theory, and business ethics. He also serves as the editor of the peer-reviewed Journal of Biblical Integration in Business for the Christian Business Faculty Association. In 2013 he received the Sharon G. Johnson Award from the Christian Business Faculty Association in national recognition of his efforts toward integrating faith and business in his scholarship. Prior to his work in higher education, Cafferky worked for twenty years in the healthcare industry at various levels of leadership including front-line supervisor, department manager, director of business development, CFO, COO, and CEO. He is a member of the Academy of Management and the Christian Business Faculty Association and was a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives for ten years. He also served as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Cafferky is the author of eight books including Management: A Faith-based Perspective, Breakeven Analysis (coauthored with Jon Wentworth), and Scriptural Foundations for Management. He has published articles in the Journal of Biblical Integration in Business, Faith in Business Quarterly, Christian Business Academy Review, the Journal of Applied Christian Leadership, and the Journal of Religion and Business Ethics. An active speaker at conferences, Cafferky has given presentations on faith and business topics in the United States, Australia, Africa, Russia, Europe, Canada, and Mexico. He and his wife, Marlene, have two grown sons.

Adele Ahlberg Calhoun (MA, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary) has worked in Christian ministry for over forty years, and she and her husband, Doug, currently work with Highrock Church in Arlington, Massachusetts. As certified Enneagram instructors, they enjoy resourcing spiritual leaders and pastors through spiritual direction and teaching the Enneagram. Adele is the author of Spiritual Disciplines Handbook, Invitations from God and the coauthor of True You and Women & Identity.

Previously, Adele and her husband copastored Redeemer Community Church in Needham, Massachusetts, and she was formerly pastor of spiritual formation at Christ Church in Oak Brook, Illinois. A retreat speaker and trained spiritual director, she has taught courses at Wheaton College and Northern Seminary. In the early 1970s she helped pioneer student work with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. She has also worked with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in New England and Canada and with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students in the West Indies and South Africa.

Ken M. Campbell retired as associate professor of biblical studies at Belhaven College in Belhaven, Mississippi. He earned the MA in 1967 at Aberdeen University, the BD in 1970 and ThM in 1971--both at Westminster Theological Seminary, and the PhD in 1975 at the University of Manchester (where his supervisor was F. F. Bruce). In addition to teaching, Campbell has served as pastor of several churches in England, New York, and Mississippi. His publications include The Credible Church (Bibal Press, 1999) and Our Awesome God (Christian Focus Publications, 1997). He has also written articles for journals such as Evangelical Quarterly, Scottish Journal of Theology, and Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society.

Rev. Dr. Mae Elise Cannon is the executive director of Churches for Middle East Peace and an ordained minister in the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC). She is the author of Social Justice Handbook and Just Spirituality, and coeditor of Evangelical Theologies of Liberation and Justice.

Cannon formerly served as the senior director of advocacy and outreach for World Vision US on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, and also as consultant to the Middle East for child advocacy issues for Compassion International in Jerusalem. She has served as the executive pastor of Hillside Covenant Church located in Walnut Creek, California, and as director of development and transformation for extension ministries at Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington, Illinois.

Cannon holds an MDiv from North Park Theological Seminary, an MBA from North Park University’s School of Business and Nonprofit Management, and an MA in bioethics from Trinity International University. She received her first doctorate in American history with a minor in Middle Eastern studies at the University of California (Davis) and her second doctorate in ministry in spiritual formation from Northern Theological Seminary. Her work has been highlighted in The New York Times, CNN, Chicago Tribune, Christianity Today, Leadership Magazine, The Christian Post, Jerusalem Post, EU Parliament Magazine, Huffington Post, and other international media outlets.

David B. Capes

David B. Capes (PhD, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary) is associate dean of biblical and theological studies and professor of New Testament at Wheaton College. He has authored, coauthored, or coedited books such as Rediscovering Paul, Rediscovering Jesus, Old Testament Yahweh Texts in Paul's Christology, The Footsteps of Jesus in the Holy Land, The Last Eyewitness, Rebecca's Children, The Voice of Hebrews, and The Voice of Romans.

In addition to contributing to a number of dictionaries, encyclopedias, and professional journals, he served as the lead scholar on a new Bible translation, The Voice Bible. Since the early 1990s, Capes has been active in interfaith dialogue in Houston and cohosts a radio show called A Show of Faith on TALK RADIO 950 KPRC Houston. He was previously academic dean and professor of New Testament at Houston Graduate School of Theology, and he has served as pastor of several churches and has participated in a variety of professional organizations, including the Society of Biblical Literature, the Institute for Biblical Research, and the National Association of Baptist Professors of Religion.

In a career that spans thirty years, Michael Card has recorded over thirty-one albums, authored or coauthored over twenty-four books, hosted a radio program, and written for a wide range of magazines. An award-winning musician and performing artist, he has penned such favorites as "El Shaddai," "Immanuel," and many other songs. He has branched his ministry beyond music and written numerous books, including Scribbling in the Sand, A Fragile Stone, Inexpressible, A Violent Grace, The Parable of Joy, and Sleep Sound in Jesus (a children's book). He has also written the Biblical Imagination Series, with a book and accompanying music CD for each of the four gospels.

A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor's and master's degree in biblical studies, Card also serves as mentor to many younger artists and musicians, teaching courses on the creative process and calling the Christian recording industry into deeper discipleship. Card lives in Tennessee with his wife and four children.

Richard F. Carlson is research professor of physics at the University of Redlands in Redlands, California, and formerly a visiting scientist in the department of radiation sciences at Uppsala University, Sweden. He received a BS (University of Redlands), MS and PhD (University of Minnesota) in physics, and an MA (Fuller Theological Seminary) in biblical studies and theology.

His physics research interests are in experimental nuclear physics, and he has done postdoctoral research at UCLA. While teaching at the University of Redlands he has continued his nuclear research at UCLA, the University of Manitoba, University of California Davis, and currently at Uppsala University. Carlson has published more than fifty articles in physics research journals.

Recently his interests have shifted to the area of science and Christian faith, and between 1995 and 2005 he taught a number of science and theology courses at the University of Redlands and Fuller Theological Seminary. His courses at Redlands and Fuller have resulted in two Templeton Foundation prizes. He is the general editor of Science & Christianity: Four Views (InterVarsity Press, 2000), as well as the author of a number of articles appearing in nuclear physics research journals and theological journals.
