Cathleen Falsani is an award-winning religion journalist and author, specializing in the intersection of faith and culture. Her books include the critically acclaimed The God Factor, Sin Boldly, The Dude Abides, BELIEBER, and Disquiet Time (coedited with Jennifer Grant).

Falsani is a longtime correspondent for Religion News Service and a featured writer for Sojourners, where she was the director of new media from 2010 to 2012. She was the religion writer and columnist for the Chicago Sun-Times from 2000 to 2010, and also was the Faith & Values Columnist for the Orange County Register. Falsani's work has appeared in myriad print, broadcast, and digital media, including the Washington Post, the Chicago Tribune, the Toronto Star, Christianity Today, Christian Century, Rolling Stone, The Harvard Divinity School Bulletin, CNN, The Atlantic, NPR, and the BBC World Service, among many others.

In addition to her work covering religion in the United States and abroad, Falsani has written extensively about global poverty, AIDS and HIV in sub-Saharan Africa, and other issues affecting the developing world. Her reporting in this arena has taken her to Nepal, Ethiopia, Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zanzibar, Kenya, Tanzania, Haiti, Mexico, and the West Indies. In 2005, Falsani received the James O. Supple Religion Writer of the Year award from Religion Newswriters Association, and she twice has been a finalist for the Templeton Religion Reporter of the Year award. She serves as a member of the advisory board for Girls and Women at the ONE Campaign.

A graduate of Wheaton College, Falsani holds a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a master's degree in theological studies from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. She lives in Southern California with her husband, the journalist and author Maurice Possley, and their son.

Ingrid Faro (PhD, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) is coordinator of the MA in Old Testament program and visiting professor at Northern Seminary in Lisle, Illinois. She previously served as dean of academic affairs at Northern Seminary, dean of theology at the Scandinavian School of Theology, and director of masters programs at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She is the author of Evil in Genesis and coauthor of Honest Answers. Additionally, she serves on the editorial board of the Bulletin for Biblical Research. She speaks and preaches internationally and enjoys hiking, fitness, and kayaking. Faro has two married children, three grandchildren, and lives just outside Chicago, Illinois.

Pam Farrel, a speaker and author, is cofounder with her husband Bill of Masterful Living, an organization that helps couples build successful relationships. Together Pam and Bill authored the bestselling book Men are Like Waffles, Women are Like Spaghetti (Harvest House).

Pam is also the author of Woman of Influence: Ten Traits of Those Who Want to Make a Difference (IVP), The Treasure of Your Child (Harvest House), Got Teens? Kimberly H. Fenstermacher (PhD, CRNP) is chief nursing administrator, assistant dean of nursing, and associate professor of nursing at Messiah University.

Marnie C. Ferree (M.A., Trevecca Nazarene University), is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She is director of Bethesda Workshops in Nashville, a clinical intensive treatment program for sex addicts, co-addicts, and couples. Ferree formally worked as a marriage and family therapist at Woodmont Hills Counseling Center in Nashville.

Jessica Leep Fick is evangelism resources director for Stonecroft, a women's ministry based in Kansas City. Previously she served as a writer and evangelist for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, preaching, teaching, and doing evangelism training at conferences, churches, and campus groups across the country. She loves to help believers have fun with Jesus in his mission and talk with people who don't follow Jesus about their spiritual questions. Jessica believes that the good news of Jesus should influence every area of life—not just the soul—and is passionate about following Jesus as a wife, mom, preacher, neighbor, student, and friend. She has a master's degree in evangelism and leadership from Wheaton College Graduate School and lives in Kansas City with her husband and two sons.

Leslie Leyland Fields is the award-winning author of twelve books, the founder of Your Story Matters Ministry, and an international teacher and speaker on matters of faith and culture. When not traveling, she lives on two islands in Alaska, where she has worked in commercial fishing with her family and where she leads the Harvester Island Writers' Workshop.

Dalene Joy Fisher (PhD, University of Kent) is assistant provost, dean, and associate professor of English at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She is the coauthor of Academic Writing and the Emerging Scholar. She and her husband, Steven, have four adult children and live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. 

Kelly S. Flanagan (PhD, Pennsylvania State University) is clinical director of a pediatric development center in northwestern Illinois. She previously worked as associate professor of psychology and PsyD program director at Wheaton College. Her areas of interest and research include developmental psychopathology, social development, peer relationships, and school-based mental health.

Liita Forsyth is an illustrator and teacher. After years as a graphic designer and an art director, Liita opened a makerspace called "The Little Bits Workshop" where kids of all ages learn hand skills, art, and crafts of all kinds. She is also the art teacher for The Field School Chicago.

Renich Fraser (PhD, Vanderbilt University) is professor of systematic theology at Palmer Theological Seminary (formerly Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is coauthor (with Louis A. Kilgore) of Making Friends with the Bible.

Sundee Tucker Frazier is a full-time mother and children's writer. She worked for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for ten years, first on campus staff and then as the worship leader with her husband, Matt, for Urbana 2000, InterVarsity's student missions convention. She is the author of Check All That Apply (IVP, 2002) and Brendan Buckley's Universe and Everything in It (Delacorte Press/Random House, 2007).

Alice Fryling is a spiritual director and the author of nine books, including Seeking God Together: An Introduction to Group Spiritual Direction. She has been giving Enneagram workshops for fifteen years, teaching participants how to use the Enneagram to know God and themselves more deeply. She and her husband have two married daughters and four grandchildren.

Diana R. Garland (d. 2015) was inaugural dean of Baylor University's School of Social Work, which now bears her name. She was author, coauthor, or editor of twenty-one books and more than one hundred academic articles. Some of her books include Flawed Families of the Bible: How God’s Grace Works through Imperfect Relationships, Family Ministry: A Comprehensive Guide, and Why I Am a Social Worker: 25 Christians Tell Their Life Stories. She had served as editor of the Journal of Family and Community Ministries since 1993.

Garland earned her undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. For seventeen years she served as professor of Christian family ministry and social work at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and she also served as dean of the Carver School of Church Social Work and director of the Center for Family Ministries.

Garland gave significant service to national social work organizations. She served many terms as president of the North American Association of Christians in Social Work and was a board member of the National Association of Deans and Directors of Social Work and a councilor for the Council on Social Work Education. She also served as first lady of Baylor University when her husband David Garland was named interim president from 2008 until 2010.

Tracey Gee is a leadership coach with over twenty years of ministry experiences. She designs training courses and provides coaching for a wide variety of groups and individuals, and serves as a fellow for Fuller Seminary's Center for Missional and Spiritual Formation. Elizabeth Gerhardt (ThD, Boston University) is professor of theology and social ethics at Northeastern Seminary, Rochester, New York, and adjunct professor in the department of religion and humanities at Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester.

Heather Davediuk Gingrich is a counselor, scholar, teacher, and former missionary. She is professor of counseling at Denver Seminary and maintains a small private practice working with complex trauma survivors. She is the author of Restoring the Shattered Self and coauthor of Skills for Effective Counseling. She began counseling over twenty-five years ago in Canada, and continued in the Philippines where she counseled, taught, and completed her doctoral studies on complex trauma. She continues her international involvements with the Institute for International Care and Counsel at Belhaven University, as well as adjunct teaching at the Asia Graduate School of Theology in the Philippines and seminaries in Guatemala, Sri Lanka, and Singapore.

Wanjiru M. Gitau (PhD, Africa International University) is a research fellow at the Center for Religion and Civic Culture at the University of Southern California, pursuing a multi-year global research project commissioned by the John Templeton World Charity Foundation on contemporary religion. She is a Kenyan educated in Nairobi, Edinburgh, and the United States, with extensive global experience, including research projects from Korea to Kentucky. She formerly served on the staffs of Nairobi Chapel and Mavuno Church.

Sandra L. Glahn (PhD, University of Texas at Dallas) is professor of media arts and worship at Dallas Theological Seminary, where her emphases are first-century backgrounds related to women, culture, gender, and the arts. She has authored or edited more than twenty books, including Vindicating the Vixens, Earl Grey with Ephesians, Sanctified Sexuality (coeditor), and Sexual Intimacy in Marriage (coauthor).

Paula Gooder (DPhil, Oxford) is a writer and lecturer in biblical studies with a passion to ignite people's enthusiasm for reading the Bible today, by presenting the best of biblical scholarship in an accessible and interesting way. She works for the Church of England as the director of mission learning and development in the Birmingham Diocese.

Haley Goranson Jacob (PhD, University of St Andrews) is an assistant professor of theology at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington. She has published reviews in both Review of Biblical Literature and Theology. Before pursuing her doctorate, Haley spent her time traveling across the globe, visiting places such as Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, Yellowstone, Cooke City, Scotland, Paris, and Germany.

Val Gordon is the owner of Gearshift Consulting, a firm specializing in assisting mission-driven organizations to overcome their obstacles to growth. She is also a consultant with the learning and talent department of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and she previously served InterVarsity as associate regional director of New England. She lives with her family in Mystic, Connecticut.

Ruth Goring is a poet, an author, and an artist. Ruth has a passion for spiritual formation for children, using age-appropriate images and language to illustrate the love of God and practices that form their hearts to follow him and trust him more.
