Marlena Graves (MDiv, Northeastern Seminary) is a writer and adjunct professor at Winebrenner Theological Seminary. She is the author of The Way Up Is Down, Forty Days on Being a Nine, and A Beautiful Disaster.

Marlena is a graduate of the Renovaré Institute, and she has been a bylined writer for Christianity Today, (in)courage, womenleaders.com, and Our Daily Bread. She has also worked at Farm Labor Organizing Committee (FLOC). She lives with her husband and three daughters in Toledo, Ohio.
