- You may return any books, booklets or audio/visual materials purchased directly from InterVarsity Press that are listed in the current Complete Title List (available in the sidebar on the right). Titles listed in the "Out of Print" section of the current Complete Title List may be returned during the effective dates marked on that list. No other out-of-print or discontinued titles are returnable.
- Credit for product that arrives at the InterVarsity Press Distribution Center in damaged condition will be issued at 30% of the retail price.
- Product must be returned in clean, salable condition, free of dealer's marks or labels. Audio/visual materials, CD-ROMs and DVDs must be in their original packaging.
- Products must be packed securely. If returning more than one carton, please mark each #1 of 2, #2 of 2, etc., and put the packing slip in carton #1.

Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise Received from InterVarsity Press:
- Please return or notify InterVarsity Press within 30 days. If you return a product, include a packing slip indicating the nature of the defect and whether you prefer full credit or replacement.
- If you do not receive your order, please notify InterVarsity Press within 30 days from the order date so that we can file a claim with the shipping company.
