If you are an IVP Book Club member or InterVarsity staff, you should have received special instructions on how to sign in. If you are an InterVarsity Press author, you should have received special instructions on how to activate your account. If you don’t have that information, please email customer service or call us at 800-843-9487, option 2.
Did you receive a one-time use password?
If you received a one-time use password you'll be given the opportunity to create a new password as soon as you sign in. New passwords need to be a minimum of 6 characters in length. If you received a one-time use password and you can’t remember it, please email customer service or call us at 800-843-9487, option 2.
If you've never ordered from InterVarsity Press before, you’ll want to create an account. You can do that before you start shopping by clicking the "Sign In" icon in the top right corner of any page, or during the check out process.
If you're trying to create an account and you receive a message saying "Matching Customer Found," it means we may already have an account for you. This may happen if you are using a common email address for a church, ministry, or university. If you suspect an account may exist, you can submit a lost password request on the sign in screen. If you are still unable to sign in or create an account, please email customer service or call us at 800-843-9487, option 2.
If you are confident you do not have an account with us, then go ahead and register as a new customer.
If you have not received special instructions on how to sign in, but you have ordered from InterVarsity Press before, you can use the email address associated with your account to activate your account. Select "Activate your account" and provide the email address. You will then be sent a verification email from customerservice@ivpress.com with a link to activate your account.
Are you having trouble activating?
You may already have an account activated. Try signing in instead. If that doesn’t work, send a lost password request. You may also have more than one account with us that uses the same email address, or your email address may not be linked to your account. This may be the case, even if you have given us your email in the past. If you experience any of these problems, please email customer service or call us at 800-843-9487, option 2.
After you are signed in, you can update your username and password at the "Sign In Credentials" page. Go to "My Account" in the top right corner of the page and select "Sign In Credentials" in the "Manage My Account" box.

If you are on any of the pages without the My Account section, you may not see an icon allowing you to sign out of your account. Simply click the InterVarsity Press logo in the top left corner, and a "Sign Out" icon will appear at the top right corner.
