When you spend $45 or more on print books, you’ll get free shipping for all books shipped within the United States. Your order will be delivered 5-15 days after your order is placed. Ebooks do not require shipping, so they do not apply towards the $45 free shipping deal.
Shipping charges are based on your order total, and delivery times vary depending on your distance from our distribution center near Chicago, Illinois. If your order is placed outside of our normal office hours—delivery may take longer—especially for expedited orders.
You may experience an unexpected service delay of 2-3 business days if there is severe weather, a natural disaster, or an unforseen event in your area.
For other delivery options or order pick up, call 800-843-9487 to place your order. We are located at 430 Plaza Dr Westmont, IL 60559.
If you have an ivpress.com account, you may send an order to a third party or to a temporary address. During the checkout process you'll have the opportunity to ship to add a new address. This will not affect your default address.
Post Office Box (P.O.) destinations are shipped via the economy shipping method. Standard and expedited rates do not apply.
Orders shipped outside the USA are usually shipped via FedEx.
Orders may be subject to additional shipping charges (if we cannot use FedEx or a comparable carrier) and to customs duties outside of our control. Shipping times may vary widely. Please contact us before you order if you would like more information about shipments to your location.
To comply with various state and local sales tax laws, we are required to collect retail sales tax on purchases by non-Illinois residents, previously exempt from paying the tax.
Some states require tax to be charged on shipping.
If you are exempt from sales tax, please go to ivpress.com/taxexempt and fill out the form and submit a pdf of your tax-exempt certificate or documentation.
Please email email@example.com or call 800-843-9487 (option 2 is customer service) if you have any questions.
IVP does not collect Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Vermont sales and use tax. Purchase is not exempt from sales and use tax merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. The states of CO, MO, OK, VT require purchasers to report all purchases that are taxable and for which no tax was collected by the retailer and pay tax on those purchases.
IVP will provide the purchaser an annual purchase summary of all purchases made during the previous calendar year in order to assist the purchaser in filing the tax return.
IVP is required by law to provide the Colorado Department of Revenue with an annual report indicating the name of the purchaser, the total dollar amount of all the purchaser's Colorado purchases made throughout the calendar year, and the purchaser's billing, notice, and shipping addresses. The retailer will not provide any other details of the transaction to the Department.
