Shipping charges are based on your order total, and delivery times vary depending on your distance from our distribution center near Chicago, Illinois. If your order is placed outside of our normal office hours—delivery may take longer—especially for expedited orders.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

If you have an account, you may send an order to a third party or to a temporary address. During the checkout process you'll have the opportunity to ship to add a new address. This will not affect your default address.

Post Office Box (P.O.) destinations are shipped via the economy shipping method. Standard and expedited rates do not apply.

International Shipments

Orders shipped outside the USA are usually shipped via FedEx. A phone number is required for all International shipments.

Custom Duties and Taxes

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. IVP has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States (at an extremely high cost charged to IVP). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.

Sales Tax

To comply with various state and local sales tax laws, we are required to collect retail sales tax on purchases. Some states require tax to be charged on shipping.

If you are exempt from sales tax, please go to and fill out the form and submit a pdf of your tax-exempt certificate or documentation.

Transactional Sales Tax

IVP does not collect Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Vermont sales and use tax. Purchase is not exempt from sales and use tax merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. The states of CO, MO, OK, VT require purchasers to report all purchases that are taxable and for which no tax was collected by the retailer and pay tax on those purchases.

Colorado Customers

IVP will provide the purchaser an annual purchase summary of all purchases made during the previous calendar year in order to assist the purchaser in filing the tax return.

Visit the Colorado Department of Revenue, Taxation Division, for details of how and when to file for businesses or individuals.

IVP is required by law to provide the Colorado Department of Revenue with an annual report indicating the name of the purchaser, the total dollar amount of all the purchaser's Colorado purchases made throughout the calendar year, and the purchaser's billing, notice, and shipping addresses. The retailer will not provide any other details of the transaction to the Department.
