Malcolm Guite, poet, priest, and professor, has signed contracts with IVP Academic for the first three volumes in a new series tentatively titled Classic Poetry with Malcolm Guite. The first volume, tentatively titled How to Read Poetry, is projected to release in Fall 2028.

InterVarsity Press author Rev. Peter Heltzel was honored with the 2014 Nelson Mandela Community Activist Award for his ongoing work to make a difference in New York City. The award was presented by the New York City Clergy Roundtable at the Nelson Mandela Tribute & Award Ceremony on Friday, March 7, at First Corinthian Baptist Church in New York.

With more than one hundred thousand members throughout its lifetime, IVP's Press-o-matic, which came to be known as the IVP Book Club, has been operating for fifty-seven of IVP's seventy-five years, making it the longest-running book club specifically for Christians. IVP is now expanding on the history of the Book Club with the introduction of IVP Book Drop.
