Greg Ogden
Greg Ogden (DMin, Fuller Theological Seminary) lives out his passion of speaking, teaching, and writing about the disciple-making mission of the church after spending twenty-four years in pastoral ministry. Most recently Greg served as executive pastor of discipleship at Christ Church of Oak Brook in the Chicago western suburbs. From 1998 to 2002, Greg held the position of director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Fuller Theological Seminary and associate professor of lay equipping and discipleship. Greg is also the author of Essential Guide to Becoming a Disciple, Transforming Discipleship, Leadership Essentials (with coauthor Daniel Meyer), and The Essential Commandment. He is a partner in the Global Discipleship Initiative (GDI), which trains, coaches, and inspires pastors and Christian leaders to establish indigenous, multiplying, disciplemaking networks, both nationally and internationally.

Trebesch (PhD, Fuller Theological Seminary) has served as vice president for capacity development for Prison Fellowship International, as well as assistant professor of leadership and organization development in the School of Intercultural Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary and in Singapore as global director for Membership Development for OMF International. An active consultant, trainer and seminar leader, Trebesch has facilitated complex change processes and developed leadership curricula for churches and organizations around the world. Among these are InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Frontiers, National Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Malaysia, Youth With A Mission (YWAM), Evangelical Association of Chinese Churches, Urbana, Oasis International, Children's Hunger Fund, Prison Fellowship International, Pioneers International and TEAM International. She is the author of Isolation: A Place of Transformation in the Lives of Leaders.

Terry Linhart
Terry Linhart (PhD, Purdue University) is an author, speaker, consultant, and professor of Christian ministries at Bethel College in South Bend, Indiana. He is founder and leader of the Arbor Research Group and hosts the leadership podcast 37thePodcast. His books include Evangelism Remixed, Teaching the Next Generations, What Can We Do? and Global Youth Ministry. For over twenty-five years, Terry has led and taught about topics related to Christianministry and organizational oversight. His youth ministry experience includes eight years in parachurch ministry with Youth for Christ and seven years as youth pastor at Hope Missionary Church in Bluffton, Indiana. He has taught at Asbury Theological Seminary, North Park University, Huntington College, Taylor University, and Alliance Graduate School in Quezon City, Philippines. He and his wife Kelly live near South Bend, Indiana, and they have three grown children.

Donald C. Simmons Jr.
Donald C. Simmons Jr. is an internationally recognized leadership consultant, pastor for Christ Lutheran Church in Cullman, Alabama, and Director of Pastoral Care for one of the largest rural hospital systems in the US. He teaches graduate coursesin leadership for the University of Nebraska-Omaha and was the founding dean of the College of Leadership and Public Service at Dakota Wesleyan University. He is the editor of Organizational Leadership and the coauthor of the textbook Leadership and Service: An Introduction with Senator George McGovern and Dan Gaken. He is most recognized in academic circles as producer of the public television documentary Hungry for Green: Feeding the World Sustainably, which premiered at Harvard University Medical School's Center for Health and the Global Environment in 2009 and aired nationally. Dr. Simmons holds a certificate of ministry from Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University, and a Ph.D. in history and international studies from The University of Denver. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in ministry at Christ School of Theology in Brookings South Dakota.
