How Your Order Will Be Shipped
We ship most orders via UPS or Fed Ex ground service. If you enter a PO Box for your shipping address, we will ship via USPS at book rate. If you live outside the USA, we will usually ship via DHL.

No matter how it is shipped, charges for orders placed through our webstore are based on your order total as follows:
- $0 - 19.99, add $5
- $20 - 49.99, add $6
- $50 - 74.99, add $7
- $75 - 99.99, add $8
- $100 or more, add 8%
USA Average Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending upon both the method of shipment and the distance your order must travel from our distribution center near Chicago, Illinois. Orders shipped via UPS and Fed Ex ground service usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days (count on 5 business days for any order traveling to the East or West Coasts). Orders shipped via USPS at book rate may take between one and four weeks.
Shipments Outside the USA
Orders shipped to Canada and other locations outside the USA are usually shipped via FedEx allowing you the following two choices:
- FedEx International Mail Service: $3.85 per pound, 7-11 days for delivery to your local postal service
- FedEx International Economy/Priority: price based on weight and destination, 5-7 days for delivery to your local postal service
Orders may be subject to additional shipping charges (if we cannot use DHL or a comparable carrier) and to customs duties outside of our control. Shipping times may vary widely. Please contact us before you order if you would like more information about shipments to your location.
How to Place a Rush Order
Second-day, next-day and overnight service is available, but not through our webstore. If you need your books in a hurry, please telephone us at 800.843.9487 (option 1) to place your order.
Request Shipment to a Third Party or Temporary Address
If you have an IVP Online Account, you may send an order to a third party or to a temporary address; before you order, simply click the "My Account" link in the top left corner of any web page to access and change your current account information. But please remember to change it back again! (Also, please note that the invoice included with the order cannot be removed or separated, so this is not a good option for gifts.)
