Webstore Troubleshooting Guide
We have had occasional reports from customers who cannot put more than one book into their webstore basket. Generally, this problem is caused by one of the following factors:
If you run privacy manager software on your computer, it may also block cookies from our webstore, even though your web browser's cookies setting is enabled. If you think this may be the case for you, please try turning off your privacy manager software before using our webstore again.
Though we have tested our webstore with many different browsers and operating systems, it's possible that some kind of system incompatibility could also cause this problem. If you have investigated the other causes and are still experiencing the same problem, please write to and include inforation on what browser type and version you are using (type, like Internet Explorer or Mozilla, and version, like 2.4 or 5.0) and what computer operating system you have.

Tell them that you have had compatibility problems between your computer system and the webstore, that you've contacted the webmaster about those problems, and that your telephone order has been authorized for IVP's 20% online discount—that is, unless your account type (author, professor, etc.) authorizes you for a different discount.
