How Our Webstore Works
Our webstore works in much the same way as Amazon.com and other online stores. Just find the book you want to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button to put it in your cart. Before you check out, you'll be asked to set up an online account or enter an existing online account or business account user ID and password.
Some types of orders cannot be processed in our webstore. These include
- next-day or second-day shipment
- shipment to a third party address
- orders from bookstores, book distributors, academic institutions, libraries, parachurch ministry organizations, catalogers and direct marketers

Our webstore requires the use of "cookies." If you have cookies turned off in your web browser settings or blocked by security software installed on your computer system, you will need to temporarily allow cookies to be transmitted in order to place books in your webstore cart. Gifts & Gift Certificates
To place an order that you want shipped to a third party as a gift, please telephone us at 800.843.9487. We do not currently offer gift certificates.
Professor Examination Copy Orders
Professors may place examination copy orders according to the policy and instructions on our Academic web pages. After you have established a professor business account with us, you may place personal orders through our webstore using the user ID and password associated with that account.
Help for International Customers
We may not hold world sales and distribution rights for all titles listed on our website or in our catalogs and order forms. And, in some geographic areas, you may prefer to save time and money by ordering through our designated distributors.
