Create an Account with IVP
If you have never ordered before from InterVarsity Press you may choose from two types of accounts: an IVP Online Account or an IVP Business Account.
IVP Online Account: Purchase books exclusively through our webstore at a 20% discount. To create your account, simply place any books you want to purchase in a webstore cart and then follow the checkout and account creation process to completion. Learn More »
IVP Business Account: Purchase books by telephone, fax or mail order (most accounts may also purchase through our webstore) with a range of discount and billing/payment options, depending upon customer eligibility. Use Your IVP Business Account in IVP's Webstore
First, locate the following information: your IVP account number and the 5-digit ZIP code associated with your account. (This information appears on any invoice, statement or Book Club reply card that you have received from us.) Second, place any books you want to purchase in a webstore cart and then follow the checkout process to completion. (You will be prompted to log in using your account number as a user ID and your 5-digit ZIP code preceded by the letters "ivp" as a password.)
If Your Existing Account Doesn't Work
Read about business accounts to learn which accounts currently have access to our webstore. If you have trouble using an existing account that you believe should work, please contact us.
Change Your Billing/Shipping Address & Other Information
If you have an IVP Online Account, you may change your billing/shipping address and other account information online. Simply click the "My Account" link in the top left corner of any web page to access and change your current account information. If you have an IVP Business Account, please contact us with your request.
Change Your Password
If you have an IVP Online Account, you may change your password online. Simply click the "My Account" link in the top left corner of any web page to access and change your current account information. If you have an IVP Business Account, your password cannot be changed.
Forgotten User ID or Password
If you have forgotten the user ID or password for your IVP Online Account, please simply create a new account with a new user ID and password. If you have forgotten the user ID or password for your IVP Business Account, please refer to your most recent invoice, statement or Book Club reply card. (Your user ID is your account number and your password is your 5-digit ZIP code preceded by the letters "ivp".)
Check Current Order Status, Past Orders & Account Balance
We cannot yet offer online access to your current order status, past orders and account balance. This is mainly due to the difficulties and expense of making such information available online in a secure way. Please contact us with any specific questions you have.
Download eBooks You Have Purchased
To download any eBooks you have purchased through our webstore, simply click the "My Account" link in the top left corner of any web page and log in. Then click the "Download My eBooks" link. You may download as many copies of our eBooks as you need for your personal computers, PDAs or other digital devices.
